I haven't been involved with OpenSER for a while.
Can someone tell me if OpenSER now supports DNS SRV lookups when it routes
calls? Which mnimum version supports this?

yes, it suports SRV lookup. You better start with 1.2.x, because you
have DNS SRV failover as well.
