The problem is when a call outside with a number for example 935888888 I' l lsend you my configuration when i arrive to laboratory.
And another question, Where's ccsip (i have a 1760 with IOS Version 12.3(9)

ccsip is one of the debug modes in IOS. Log into the router, enter enable mode, type "debug ccsip messages", press enter, type "term mon" and press enter. This will enable sip message debugging and log the messages to the console. When you are finished type "no debug".
