then it seems that php-xmlrpc package is not containing the same as pear package XML_RPC, try to install it via pear:

pear install XML_RPC

I see there is also XML_RPC2 package in pear, try also this one if the first one fails.

I did some commits to siremis over the weekend, including bumping the version to 5.1.0. Maybe you get some time to test with latest master and report how it works, when all looks good, then we can make a release out of it.
