Hi, can i check with you using the "serctl moni", if I can see the waiting calls is incrementinig thats mean user is coming into my server right? is there any area that I can take note? as I have follw through the steps already but still cannot connect, please advice the possibility as I dont have errors....thank you...

Do some network dumps to see what is wrong. You can use ngrep utility to make the dumps.

Hello, you keep getting the window asking for username and password? If so, check your username and the password ... do you have a multidomain configuration? Have you installed serweb? Are you able to log in using the web browser?
As my colleague Jan said, the network dumps would be very usefully. And we will appreciate a detailed description -- what you try to do and how, what are the results ...
