Is there a way to set a DBURL as a parametes that i can change in run time without restarting kamailio? It is usfull if i have a backup data base and i dont want to use mysql clustering...

no such thing in the code, but there are option out there -- use a mysql proxy or set a shared IP between active and backup database.
