No problem. It is all courtesy of my friend 'grep', which has following options:
-H print filename -R search recursively -i case-insensitive matching
So, for example, one can do something like this using 'egrep', a variant of grep that supports regular expressions:
egrep -HRi ".*bind.*db.*" .
It has been very fruitful for me and probably can be for you as well. :)

Oh, I see. In that case, it's the same function (db_bind_mod()), but in db/db.c instead.
