Why don’t you test? Only special cases are mentioned and INFO in dialog is handled as any in-dialog message.

Hi Nahum,
that reply was not created by Kamailio - unless you have some custom code in your config. It seems, that one device is trying to use SIP INFO for DTMF, while the other end is not supporting this. Probably you should check, that both ends support the same method for DTMF.
