Hello Guys,
I could be going crazy -- however I thought I remembered seeing a toggle
for setting OpenSER/Kam to use Compact Header form when creating SIP
messages? Thanks!

there are very rare cases when kamailio generates messages
(most of them
being received and forwarded - among generated: cancel, ack for negative
reply and presence notifications). However, I do not recall such option
in the past and definitely it is not a core parameter.
