Is possible to failover active calls between different RTPProxys with
Kamailio without dropping active calls and not loosing audio?

You already asked this twice.
Not with rtpproxy or mediaproxy that I know.
Mediaproxy-ng supports this feature in Sipwise NGCP Sip:Provider Pro.
