Hello,
I want to introduce SIP Router Development Meeting 2009 planned for Friday, October 2 in Berlin, Germany. More details about the event at:
http://sip-router.org/2009/09/14/development-meeting-2009/
Shortly, the goal of the meeting is to analyze the evolution so far, discuss the plans for the future and socialize within the community. The integration between SER and Kamailio is 99% done (only seas module needs some work), first major release based on SIP router core is due in about one month: Kamailio 3.0, today being the date of going into testing phase.
Participation is free for anybody upon registration via email at:
registration@lists.sip-router.org
Feel free to submit suggestions for discussion topics, presentations and event extensions. A hacking session is already proposed, now just show your interest.
For general questions about the meeting (and/or hacking session), please address them to: sr-dev@lists.sip-router.org
See you in Berlin!
Cheers, Daniel
Hi All. 1) How do I configure Min-SE (for registration purpose) value for SER? 2) Is there any additional configuration needed in case I want SER to reject REGISTER received if it has Expires header < SER Min-SE
Thanks in advance

Daniel,
do have any idea, at which time the meeting is going to start and at which time it's supposedly going to end?

9:30 to 10:00am is the time frame to gather, have some introductory chatting, then go in deep and heavy technical discussions.
Finishing is probably late in night, in a more "academic" place than FhG Institute (let's call it pub), continuing the fightings that are very likely to start during the day, where most of the results are expected to happen :-) (e.g., which db schema/models/interfaces are better).
FhG session should end by 18:00.
I will update the page.
Cheers, Daniel

Hello,
o Daniel-Constantin Mierla [09/14/09 13:02]:
Hello,
I want to introduce SIP Router Development Meeting 2009 planned for Friday, October 2 in Berlin, Germany. More details about the event at:
A big Thank You to the organizers, hosts and all participants for the opportunity to meet. Discussions gave me quite a good insight into where the project is, what is happening, where problems and possible solutions are.
It was nice to see you all again and also for sake of collaboration in the project I think it is worthwhile to meet face to face from time to time.
The slides from what we talked about SEMS can now be found here:
http://ftp.iptel.org/pub/sems/sayer_sems_oct09.pdf
For those that were not in Berlin on Friday, here the contents from this presentation about SEMS: o Standard media services in 5 minutes o Scaling VoIP services o Developing Applications o Interfacing and Monitoring
Among other more recent things, DSM is presented there, so it may be interesting if you are working with the services/media stuff in VoIP.
Best Regards Stefan
