Hello,
Can anybody please tell me the meaning of the ftag-Parameter in Record-Route
Header which SER uses?
e.g.: Record-Route: <sip:409870@192.246.69.223;ftag=180507275;lr=on>

Hello,
from rr module README:
1.3.2. append_fromtag (integer)
if turned on, request's from-tag is appended to record-route;
that's useful for understanding whether subsequent requests
(such as BYE) come from caller (route's from-tag==BYE's
from-tag) or callee (route's from-tag==BYE's to-tag)
Default value is 1 (yes).

ftag records From-tag, that's it. It is particularly useful to distinguish
whether subsequent requests are generated by callers or callees. If you
don't like it for a reason, you can turn it off.
In general, record-routing can include any parameters you would wish --
RR/Route are "owned" by the proxy that introduced them.
