Hi,
this looks like a communication error with the mysql server. Do you get
it all the time ?
Is your mysql server installed on the same machine as siremis?

If this is the problem, check mysql my.cnf file:
bind-address should have the ip address of the server (not localhost)
and skip-networking should be commented.
