Is there anybody who knows more about avp_radius module? Dose it mean "Radius based call routing"

I think it's doing the same as the mysql version, just using radius as a "database medium" -Atle

Yes, the module can be used to load a set of AVP (AVP stands for attribute value pair, it is a piece of data identified by name stored with a SIP message) from RADIUS server. This can be used to implement callee preferences, for example.
