Is there any way to force the disabling of the "silence suppression" for an RTP stream?
I'd like to disable it at the SIP proxy, maybe modifying some SDP attribute...

if you know which attribute you have to modify, then you can use the textop module to change the value via subt/replace functions.

Asterisk use this in SDP a=silenceSupp:off - - - -. Dont know if that helps to you or if sip devices undestand that.
