Hey All,
Do any of you know of a reliable / knowledgeable source for commercial technical support for SER.
If so, we may be interested.
We have worked in the past directly with IPTel, and have discussed support options recently with Jiri. He suggested that we ask the fine folks of the SER Users mailing list for their suggestions.
Thanks so much,

are you sure that relates to SER and not to Columbia university proxy server?

I'm not sure if this is the kind of support you're looking for, but there's a Canadian Company called SiipQuest (http://www.sipquest.comwww.sipquest.com). They've got a commercial version of SER.
