If you are using something like freenet6 for the tunneling then it will
probably not work very well because the tunnel adds big delay.

Hi Armin,
I was trying with IPv6 for sometime due to the NAT headache in IPv4.
That goes with another story in conversion from IPv6 to IPv4.
Registering with a IPv6 tunneling server.
Install tunneling client.
Opening the ports in the router. ( I'm behind firewall )
Atlast I could make it to work only to ping my own machine.
I think it should work find with DMZ mode.

Subject: [Serusers] SIP between IPv4 and IPv6 UAs
Hello,
I want to build a system that will allow to make SIP calls between IPv4-only
UAs and IPv6-only UAs.
Has anybody tryd this before? Any success?
Is it possible with SER?
In the RTP-streams between the IPv4-UA and the IPv6-UA there must be a
"black box" converting
the IPv6 stream to a IPv4 stream and vice versa. Could this be a
back-to-back server? Are there
any other ways?
Thanks for any help
Armin
