 uh, i've tried using this command:

 export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous@cvs.berlios.de:/cvsroot/ser
 cvs login

 when I press enter for password, it wait 2 minutes more or less and after 
 them it says me

 failed: Connection timed out

 any suggest?
