Thank you for the reply. The SQL root password after pressing enter I am being prompted the "Doamin (realm) for the default user "admin" : " Please advice what should I do.....one more question is that I am also facing problem in the execution of "/usr/sbin/ser_mysql.sh". Please advice the steps to get this step done as I am stuck in this area for some time. As is giving me the access denied error.....

If you (or someone else) didn't change the password then it is empty. Simply try to press enter when prompted fro MySQL root password.
