Hi, I was wondering if the content or body of a SIP MESSAGE from a SIP client is always encrypted when a TLS-supported SIP proxy for the client registration and the likes.
I know that S-MIME supported SIP stack could do that for me, but I was wondering if a TLS-supported proxy could do as well.
Thanks, Michael.
Hello,
TLS encrypts the whole connection and everything sent on that connection will be encrypted, including SIP message headers and bodies (SDP).
