Hi All, With Some User-Agents we are facing multiple entries in "location" Table. The main problem is each and every time UA sending register packet with different port number in the contact uri. I am here with attaching the location table values as well as traces. Thanks -- Ramu Yadav

I think the problem might be realted to the fact that your Polycom phone fails to re-register before the expires time of two minutes is over. If you take a close look at the expires values you recognize that most of the entries are already expired. If these entries are never deleted from the database then that is a small problem, because it will fill up your database. But I assume that it is not really a problem for SER because the memory internal database will probably not contain all these entries. You should verify with 'serctl ul show' how much entries SER has for this user in it memory. Regards Nils
