OK. It sounds like the Softphone is not putting the realm/domain in the URI.

yes i have resistered my softphone, if i connect using the wrong username or the wrong password i got message like not authorized how do i check if my softphoen is registered or not

If you have to add the ip address of the gw to the request, it would seem like your phone might not be registered. What happens if you send the call to 1136523456@111.111.111.111?
