Any body know why I get the error message from /var/log/serweb?

serweb [info] User login: authentication failed: unsuported format of username. Can't parse username and domain part.

I'm using:

mysql 3.23.54 serweb-0.9.4 ser 9.9.6 httpd-2.2.3 php-5.1.6
