I use ser with dbtext.

I have two questions.

1) I 've added many fields in my subscriber table, and I'd like to know if all the table is loaded in memory when ser starts or if it only loads the fields it needs?

2)When I add users in my subscriber table, I must restart ser to load the new accounts. I thought there were a specific serctl which worked with dbtext, but I can't find it. Can any one give me a link where I can dowload it, and does it allow to insert new users in the text table and in the in loaded table at the same time? If not, how can I add my new users directly in memory?
