I've been ripping my hair out for a little with load_gws().
How do I know what the lcr_id is and the caller_uri?
I would have thought that $fu for caller_uri would have been sufficient but it seems not.

lcr_id specifies an lcr instance. if you only have one set of gateways and rules, you can use lcr_id 1 for them.

Hi Kris. Read and re-read the LCR module entire documentation. It's a bit hard to understand the first time, but after 5-6 times you get it :)
