i am intent to use Radius for prepaid but i need more information of RADIUS, how to limit the call, how the RADIUS work together with Openser could you suggest where i got it

to limit the call with radius you would need some development by yourself or find a commercial solution out there. In openser you can get AAA for SIP, but not out-of-box prepaid. Here is a place to start (a bit outdated, but still good):

I've implemented sucessfully a concurrent calls limitation peer client using OpenSer + Radius ACC + MediaProxy.
Basically in each call from/to a client I look for him current calls in "radacct" table, count them and compare with a client attribute "max_calls".
