make sure you enable the following parameters on your php.ini and restart the web server ..

short_open_tag = on register_globals = on register_long_arrays = on

try to follow this instruction .. I was not able to see the login page because of this part on my index.php

page_open (array("sess" => "phplib_Session"));

but if I will remove this, I can see the login page but with errors. Hope we can have this problem fix asap.
