Openser is just a proxy and relays all messages. As PRACK und UPDATE are end2end features, explicit support for PRACK-UPDATE is not necessary. Openser relays all messages, thus also PRACK, UPDATE, FOOBAR, WHATEVERYOUWANT, ...
