I have openser-1.3.1-notls installed although am unable to start openser. Any suggestions/ideas regarding the below error? Any existing docs/links would be great.

found a similar case and hopefully the fix I just committed works. You have to install branch 1.3 from SVN and then test. Let me know if it is working for you.
