Just to clarify, are you speaking about "In" and "Out" columns? do you see values "In" and "Out" in some of the records in those columns?

Oops! Sorry, yeah wasnt talking about the same thing :P No, I see nothing in these columns either. Not sure what they are for, something to do with routing to/from PSTN gateway? In my environment I have no working PSTN gateway (I just have a test rig).
