Hi :
Now I set up a Kamailio Service on the server, it works now. But I didn`t know how to
test the server by trying the voice tool.Can you give me some advices , tools or methods
?

Maybe download Zoiper, create a couple accounts and make calls between
them? (If using the registrar)

You can use something like zoiper or any soft phone for making calls and
you can install some thing like sngrep to debug signalling and make sure
that every thing works fine
