I am trying to connect (in Lebanon) as a subscribed user on Kamailio that has been installed on a remote server in the US. I am being faced with the error:
Forbidden (403) Reason: Not relaying
Kindly advise what I should do.

The server believes you are spamming, propably a problem with the domain you use to register. Talk with the persons operating the server. Their settings and your settings are not agreeing with each other.
