Hi,
today I found, that t_check_trans function of TM module seems to has a problem with at least PUBLISH and SUBSCRIBE Messages. If openser checks theses messages with t_check_trans() route script execution will stop.
Is this intended or a bug? Module docc says, that t_check_trans() cares about ACKs and CANCELs ..
regards helmut
Hi Helmut,
looks like the docs were not updated :D....in case of retransmission, the t_check_trans() will never return to script. This behaviour was forced in order to be sure that the retransmissions are properly (according to RFC3261) and consistently (as per t_relay()) treated - re-send last sent reply.
So, in your case, for sure the PUBLISH or SUBSCRIBE are retransmitted - otherwise, the functions return false.
Regards, Bogdan
