it should remove 101 as well -- can you run with debug 3 for sdpops
module and get the log messages?
One note: if you use rtpengine, then it takes the original sdp and
replaces the whole sdp with a new one, not seeing the changes done by
sdpops, unless you do msg_apply_changes().
