[Serusers] ERROR: fifo_server fgets failed: Illegal seek

Hi,

I am a newbie to this user group and would like to have some urgent assistance regarding the following error. I am running ser-0.8.14 with nathelper and mediaproxy. The problem I am facing is that after I disconnect my first call, or cancel a RING, or upon a BYE, the following message is encountered and SER crashes.
