I have found the problem. (in fact it was not a problem) The client was using the alternate media connection information which is peer-2-peer. How can I prevent P2P connection ? I need to remove "media attribute (a): alt:1" from the SIP INVITE messages, but how ?

replace and substr will work everywere, but after it you should to recallculate content-length of SDP.
