Hi,
Check that ser and Kphone don't use the same rtp port and the same ip,
in the same machine.
If you have available one more ip address you can do something like that
ser -l 127.0.0.1 (ser listens on 127.0.0.1)
and set kphone to listen to other address
Or you can change the listening port of ser like
ser -p 5061
