[Users] failover and presence/IM service

Hi all, 1st question is does openser support Failover and load balance of openser server. That means we can use two or more openser server to handle the SIP request/response and use hot backup. How to do that 2nd question is that I find openser support both Jabber and SIMPLE. It look like Jabber is stable and support and many people from open source world, many plus GOOGLE. But SIMPLE is still unstable. I want to use Jabber for providing presence/IM service, plus file transfer service.(I want to using reSIProcate stack from sipfoundry as client's stack) Does openser support that all?
