There is a module in development which implements BLA/BLF in OpenSER and supposedly works with Polycom phones. Given the lack of a standard I suspect you'd have to adjust your configuration to accept different event types from different phones to make them work with this module. Maybe you mean the pua_bla module existing in OpenSer 1.3? http://www.openser.org/docs/modules/devel/pua_bla.html
But this module is for BLA, not for BLF, is it?
