Hi,
One hour is the default interval between REGISTER messages sent by softphone. After
one hour, if SER doesn't receive any new REGISTER messages, it will delete all expired
contacts. In your case, I guess that softphones send REGISTER messages a little late. From
the moment SER delete expired contacts to the moment it receives new REGISTER message,
lookup will failed.

Hi Group,
I am seeing issues where lookup() failing for every one hour for period
of few seconds. ( ~ 20 to 30 seconds).
Is it known issues ?
Any house keeping happening for every hour ???
Version SER software: 0.8.12
