Yes, it would be good to document this in both 1.3, 1.4 and trunk.

Hi Ovidiu,
don't want to be nitpicking, but cr_user_rewrite_uri/ cr_user_carrier does one
query DB during script execution, to get the user carrier.
Perhaps i should document this in the function description for the 1.4 version
too.
