[SR-Users] Computing a time difference when handling a stateless SIP request

Hello, New to Kamailio, first post on this ML. I'll probably ask dumb questions, please bear with me :) Here goes the first one. I would like to compute a time difference (with microseconds precision) when handling a stateless SIP request. I looked into the core functions and modules but did not find anything suitable.
