can you upgrade to latest 5.4.x version? To be sure it is not a side effect of other issues that were fixed.
Are you using http_client or other modules that may create tls/https connections to other applications, not for sip traffic?

I'm pretty sure these logs are mostly not usable, but maybe they will point to some bugs.
To add, this happened just occasionally and I can't reproduce it at the moment.
