Would it be feasable, to create the URL dynamically based on the Proxy where it came from?
Yes, that is already supported. A double percent "%%" in the URL will be replaced with the address that the call was created from, e.g. `b2b-url = http://%%:8090/%60
Additionally, this address can be overridden with the `xmlrpc-address=...` flag in one of the rtpengine signalling commands.
