By default I think the time column is GMT, but that was pretty much useless to us. This also depends on how you configured your servers TIMEZONE. If you did not set any timezone then you would not have this problem.

Change acc_mod.c so that it uses your local time (change the below variable from 0 to 1):
int db_localtime = 1;
