Try to use your application with an other SIP proxy - e.g. iptel.org and freeworlddialup.
This way you can find out if your application is wrong or your SIP proxy. Maybe the RTC API does not like the 200 OK messages.

Once I also had this problem with Windows Messenger, but I can't remember the problems origin. I think I could solve it by setting the default-expires, min-expires and max-expires. Which ser version do you use?
