[SR-Users] Kamailio can not read to_tag at BYE request

Hello. I have some one provider that sends me BYE request with to_tag that kamailio can not parse

So I guess that problem in provider (may be ";" with another code) But may be we have some instruments to get tag (without parsing strings in a config file or something like that )
