Thank you for your reply. I am using the nathelper+RTPproxy, the PSTN gateway i am forward is using another IP address for the media(rtp). I have tried in rtpproxy -2fv -l address1/address2, t_relay_to_udp(RTP Address) also is not working. Any suggestions. Thanks.

This kind of changes have no kind of effect on SER - SER does nor handle the media part(excepting when you use nathelper+RTPproxy). So, I think the problem is not SER related. Probably you should do some network dumps of the signalling messages and check if the IP addresses in SDP part are correct.
