Maybe SNOM supports it? Then you could try the SNOM softphone.
Ops, I've tryed SNOM softphone and it seems to suppoert BLF but no BLA (the same as Thomson S2030).
In fact, configuring "Share line" ina function key it sends a SUBSCRIBE (not a REGISTER) with:
Event: dialog
instead of "dialog;sla".
