Hi Helge,
you need libxmlrpc-c version 0.9.10. I found no default rpm package in redhat or centos, but you can try to download rpm or sources from the official site of the project: http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/downloading.php

if you have dependency problems, most probably you need to compile it from sources.
