With only the addition of IP addresses for interfaces and PSTN gateway
IP address changed/added. I'll attach a sanitized version of the config.
The version of ser is:
0.10.99-dev31-tm-cancel
About the changes required now that fifo is a module, please tell me what
the changes are or point me in a direction where this can be found.
